He has specialised in market entry and business matching for client companies in many markets across the region. He has helped many companies get established in Asia. And he has introduced local partners for companies in diverse sectors and in different countries.

He has a hands-on approach to helping companies enter regional markets, and a deep knowledge of the major Asian markets. This combination has helped many hundreds of companies to grow their Asian business.

Now based in Malaysia, he is active in a wide range of sectors and markets across Asia-Pacific.

Gerard Kho

Gerard has focused on business transformation and change management as well as commercialisation and revenue generation opportunities for sectors ranging from online portals, property, city building, education and digital entertainment.

Richard Kimber

Richard is an Australian and Hong Kong admitted lawyer with over 30 years’ experience. He has worked in London, Hong Kong and China and now in Australia. Richard’s focus is international shipping and trade, foreign direct investment and general commercial practice.

Richard has assisted over 400 companies to enter the Chinese market. He advises on their China operations, on data privacy and cyber security compliance. He is a CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) appointed international arbitrator.

He advises on strategic alliances and joint ventures for companies in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, insurance, logistics and commodities. He has assisted clients with food labelling and food safety issues, and customs and trade compliance issues.
